Egg and Ham Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Ham.
    4 slices
  • Eggs
    2 pcs
  • Toast bread
    2 slices
  • Cabbage
    40 g
  • Cheddar cheese (sliced)
    1 slice
  • Sweet and sour sauce
     to taste
  • Cooking oil
    0,5 tsp.
  • Salt
     to taste

Cooking instructions

    Heat a skillet over low heat, add a little oil, and fry the ham for 3 minutes on one side.

    Beat the eggs, season with salt to taste. Flip the ham and pour the beaten eggs over it. Place the bread on top.

    Once the eggs set, carefully flip the omelet together with the bread and fold the edges in.

  • 4.

    Add shredded cabbage on one half and drizzle with your favorite sauce.

  • 5.

    Place a slice of cheese on top and cover with the other slice of bread to form a sandwich.

  • 6.

    Toast on both sides for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
